Your potential soulmate is just 3 simple steps away!

STEP 1

- Complete our online form where we will get to know some details about yourself and an idea of what you are looking for in a spouse.

- Select the Hitch Club membership.

- Add the In depth Consultation to the cart, where you will be able to select a time slot for a consultation with your dedicated matchmaker.

You will be sent a confirmation email of your purchase and details of the initial consultation. 

Sisters who wish to speak to our female matchmaker only, must reply to their consultation email stating this.

STEP 2

- The in-depth consultation will take place via video call and will be an informal discussion where we will learn more knowledge about you and your requirements.

During the consultation we will need to verify your ID (passport).

STEP 3

- We focus on good quality matches rather than quantity. As soon as we have a suitable match for you, we will contact you to arrange the video introduction to your match. 

- The year of membership will commence once you get your first match. 

Feedback Call

We will then contact you the following day for feedback about how the meet went and if you would like to exchange details (if you have not done so already!). If you felt you did not connect, we have the conversation, which can sometimes be awkward, on your behalf.

We also offer coaching to our members who require it, throughout the process to increase chances of success when introduced to a potential spouse.

Members who require coaching will need to inform us at the consultation.
