How does the matchmaking process work?
Our process is simple. It involves firstly completing an online form followed by an informal video consultation with your dedicated matchmaker who will then find suitable matches for you.
When we have a suitable match for you, we will arrange a video introduction to your potential match.
You will be contacted the following day for feedback about how the introduction went and if you would like to exchange details (if you have not already!) or if you felt you did not connect, we have the conversation, which can sometimes be awkward, on your behalf.
We value our members and in order for someone to give the other a real chance, we only allow getting to know one person at a time.
Who can join to be part of the service?

- Serious about marriage
How do you verify people?
We ensure all our clients are verified by providing us with a form of ID (passport). We only take on clients who are serious about marriage and whom we are happy to represent. We have a zero tolerance policy for disrespect and inappropriate behaviour.
I need some advice before having any introductions with matches, is this possible?
Yes, our matchmakers have a qualification in Relationship Psychology so are able to effectively coach our members. This is useful for members who would like to improve their confidence, help on how to speak to the opposite sex, body language tips and more to give you the best chance of success once you get introduced to your match. This is essential as a first impression is often a lasting impression and you can only make a first impression once!
We also give you honest feedback throughout the process on how to improve your chances of finding your soulmate.
I am a practising Muslim sister, is this service for me?
Absolutely, the service is carried out in a halal way. You can choose to speak to our female matchmaker only, throughout the entire process. Also, your Mehram is welcome to accompany you throughout the process.
